I mentioned on the buyers page the terrific resource available to the public at www.realtor.ca That website is owned and maintained by the Canadian Real Estate Corporation (CREA) and is the one stop shop for information on new listings. Realtors load new listings on our internal system, and the public site servers upload overnight. To be notified of new listings, directly from the Realtor servers, and at least a full day before the general public, all you need to do is send me a short note describing in general the desired area, type of property, price range ,and any key points of interest (ie. I have a lot of folks who want to see anything new in waterfront).It's very simple for me to get that set up. I'm not going to pester you with sales pitches or anything, and all the new listings will be sent straight out to you , automatically, as they are posted. I get a copy of everything as well, so when you call me about a new listing I should have some idea what you're talking about. This is all free, part of my service.
